A full business plan will be written covering every aspect required for the intended recipient. This will involve us gathering information about your business from an initial questionnaire and follow up questions during the writing process. The business plan will include general information about the business, competitors, marketing strategy, staffing requirements and any unique selling points. Where funding is needed, details of start-up costs and funding requirements will form the financial section along with the necessary 3 or 5 year profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet forecasts.
Irish business plan writing service is priced according to the level of detail required. This is primarily based on the amount of funding needed and the complexity of the business. Each business plan written will include the appropriate information for the intended audience – for example a bank will require slightly different information to an investor.
Prices from €400. See the Home Page for a full pricing schedule.

Step 1 – Contact us for a free telephone consultation, where you can ask us any questions you may have. We will be able to give you a better idea of the start to finish process and are also happy to discuss any general aspects of funding for your business.
Step 2 – If you would like to proceed, we will begin discussing the broad outlines of the business and email you a business questionnaire for you to complete and send back along with our Terms and Conditions. The questionnaire can be completed over the telephone if you prefer.
Step 3 – Once the questionnaire is complete, the writing process begins. At this point we will require a 50% deposit. During the writing process we will need a good line of communication through your preference of telephone or email as we will need to liaise with you on various points in the business plan and in particular the financial forecasts.
Step 4 – The first draft will be emailed to you for review. You can then feedback any amendments you would like to make in order to produce a final version.
Step 5 – The final version will be emailed to you in Word and PDF formats as soon as we receive the remaining 50% balance. The Word version will allow you to make any amendments to the business plan that you need to in the future.
